If you could meet a historical figure, who would it be and why?
I think if I could meet anybody from the past it’s no longer around, I think I would want to meet Einstein or Tesla. I think both figures would be interesting, but I think a lot of Einstein’s information and papers are released in public. I think it would Tesla has to offer is not available and so it would be interesting to meet with him to see what sort of ideas that he has that didn’t make it out to the public.
According to the documentaries that I’ve seen on Tesla the FBI raided his apartment in the hotel that he was staying at after he passed away, they took a bunch of trunks full of documents. There was something in the ballpark of 90 trunks or something? Only like 40 or something showed up in his museum did they opened up for him in the country that he’s originally from. To find out what kind of information is in those hidden trunks I think would be world-changing!
He had a lot of really good ideas, ideas that we didn’t give him the opportunity that he deserved. A lot of the barons back in those times held his inventions back. If it was honest with myself, I think I would have to say that we did a real disservice to ourselves by holding back his inventions.
